While certain areas, such as cracks, crevices, and non-porous surfaces, can hold treatments longer, exposure to UV light gradually breaks down the product. Structural treatments on homes tend to last the longest, but after a few weeks, a single treatment has little impact on pest activity in the yard.

During your initial treatment a professional technician will perform a thorough inspection of your property ensuring to flush out all existing pests. Removing these invaders from their hiding spots eliminating their nest to prevent reproduction and continued pest activity.

Our initial treatment and inspection typically take less than 60 minutes, during which our service professional thoroughly examines your home and property to determine the most effective products and treatments for your specific needs. Routine maintenance treatments are usually completed in under 30 minutes.

Our Standard Treatment includes the following steps inside and outside your home.

INSIDE THE HOME (AS AVAIABLE):

● Treatment of the kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, etc.

● Interior monitoring with glue boards

● Perimeter treatment on the main floor (and basement, if applicable) plus the garage

● Placement of fly traps (Pro, Pro+, and Premium)

OUTSIDE THE HOME:

● Treatment of eaves (roof edge perimeter)

● Home perimeter treatment

● Full yard treatment

● Bait treatment around the perimeter of the home

● Web and wasp nest removal

Treatment can vary depending on the specialty services requested.

The initial treatment and the first standard treatment are scheduled 20–40 days apart to effectively reduce pest activity and establish control. This timing ensures a strong foundation for ongoing maintenance. In cases of severe infestations, more frequent treatments may be necessary. If pests persist between scheduled visits, you can request a re-service from us for no extra charge!
