What service does Trellis Provide?
We offer year-round pest protection for common Arizona pests, including ants, spiders, scorpions, cockroaches, rodents, and more. Our services are designed to prevent problems before they start, not just react to them.
Are your treatments safe for my family and pets?
Yes. We use professional-grade products applied according to strict safety guidelines. We’ll always communicate exactly what we’re using and any precautions to take, so you feel confident and informed.
Why Reccuring Pest Control vs. one time treatment
One-time treatments wear off. Arizona’s heat, UV exposure, and monsoon season break down product barriers faster than most states. Without consistent bi-monthly maintenance your barrier weakens and pests return — usually within weeks. Ongoing service keeps that barrier strong year-round so problems don’t get a chance to start.
WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT DURING MY FIRST VISIT?
Your initial service is the heavy lift. We do a full inspection, flush out existing pest activity, treat entry points, eaves, yard, and perimeter, and build your home’s first protective barrier. It sets the foundation for every visit after.
You may see increased pest activity for 7–10 days — that’s normal. Pests are being flushed out of hiding and exposed to the treatment. It means it’s working.
Why is the first follow-up scheduled so soon after the initial?
Your initial service and first standard visit are scheduled 20–40 days apart intentionally. This close spacing locks in control while your barrier is fresh and eliminates any activity that survived the first treatment. After that, bi-monthly visits maintain the barrier without gaps.
Do you treat inside the home?

Do I need to be home during service?
Not usually. We can perform exterior services while you’re away. If interior treatment is requested, we’ll coordinate a convenient time with you.
What's included in a standard treatment?
Our Standard Treatment includes the following steps inside and outside your home.
INSIDE THE HOME (AS AVAILABLE):
● Treatment of the kitchen, pantry, bathrooms, bedrooms, living rooms, etc.
● Interior monitoring with glue boards
● Perimeter treatment on the main floor (and basement, if applicable) plus the garage
OUTSIDE THE HOME:
● Treatment of eaves (roof edge perimeter)
● Home perimeter treatment
● Full yard treatment
● Door way treatments
● Web and wasp nest removal around eaves
Treatment can vary depending on the specialty services requested.
What if I'm still seeing pests after my service?
Reach out and we’ll come back — no charge, no hassle. That’s the re-service guarantee. If activity persists beyond the normal adjustment period we’ll assess and adjust your treatment plan. You shouldn’t have to chase your pest company to get this handled.
What if I'm not satisfied with my service?
We stand behind every visit. If you’re not happy with the results we’ll make it right — period.
